Thread: Peter Crouch avoids FA charge

No further action will be taken with regards to Peter Crouch's alleged eye poke on West Brom's Jonas Olsson.

He was caught on camera with his hand across Olssons face, but the incident was missed by the ref and the FA were looking at the pics to see if any charges needed to brought against him. FA have decided there is no further case to answer.

Thank god as he could have faced a 3 match ban !

The ref apparently said if he had seen it he would have shown a yellow, therefore FA can't act retrospectively
