Well, I think we all would have liked a left back and possibly a decent centre half but if there’s no one good enough I’m glad we didn’t panic buy. Tezgel needs game time so it’s a good move for him and we could all see Gayle was never going to work out so fair play to him for agreeing to end his deal.
Despite our defensive errors we don’t actually concede all that many ( so far anyway ) and had we had taken our chances we would have won a lot more of our games, Sunderland away included, so the addition of Manhoef on the wing ( a Campbell replacement but hopefully better ) who can score and Ennis up front who’s worked well under our manager before and scored plenty for Plymouth albeit a league below , it’s not been too bad of a window really and I’d like to think there’s a least the possibility of more goals.
Added to them we acquired Iverson and Cundle and showed our faith in Lowe it’s been a half decent window. Could have been better but could have been so much worse.

There’s some dross on your list that’s here for a few years SS will sign his players then he will probably be sacked in 12 months and rinse and repeat
I bet Denise Coates let’s John no where near the running of BET 365 ,personally I think they need to sell Stoke to new owners so we can move forward as we are regressing under their leadership every season
I think we’ve done ok, I don’t know much about the two new lads to be honest but if they help us out the ball in the net occasionally then it can only be positive.

That’s a good read and clearly shows the background work going on when it looked like nothing was happening.
