We've all had a little time to look at the new head coach now, interested to hear what everyones impressions are?

Personally, Im still not sure, we are conceding far to many shots against and look wide open to the counter constantly.

I'm not sure if this is because we don't have the players to play the way he want's or it's just a crazy system he's sending them out to play in!

I think whatever happens he's here for a bit because if/when he falls on his sword so does JW!

I really do hope that he manages to get us playing the way he talks about but if I'm honest I don't think we have anywhere near the calibre of player needed across most of the pitch.

January will be interesting, I envisage another largish turnover of players, especially if we are towards the bottom of the table

I’d stick with him. Not sure what, if anything, we can do in the Jan window but he certainly needs the summer window at the very least.

I like what he’s trying to do and half of the squad should be able to adapt to it, it’s the other half that concerns me as they’re just not good enough.

We are better going forward and for once we look like we have goals in the team. Defensively we need better and our midfield needs a beast instead of the lightweight brigade we have out there now. At times teams cut through us at leisure. Maybe Lawal will be the answer ?

Overall, it’s a better team to watch. Still lots to do and still individual errors but a much more enjoyable watching experience for me.

The team are learning, the manager is learning. There will be ups and downs but let’s stick with him. We need to move this team and club forward with fresh ideas and new ways of thinking, we have a young squad and a young manager with continental ideas. It could turn out ok…

I agree, you can see improvements all the time, they are small but it’s coming.

It’s clear to see the players are in with Narcis, they seem happy around him and look like they want to play for him.

I think JW & JC have gone stick or bust with him, and it’s probably the correct decision, we’re never going to move forward as a club with a revolving door of managers/coaches so we may as well go all in for a bit and hope it comes good.

I can see us having a bit of a turnover of players again in January, as you say there are number that just need to be gone, my concern is the potential of recalls for Koumas, Phillips and Cannon, loose them 3 and we’re looking fragile.

I hear Lawal is back in full training next week, still don’t think we will see much of him until the new year, with Seko looking tidy it may give him more time to take it slower.

He’s never played at this level, honestly think it’s going to be some time before we see the player we think we’ve got.

The sooner we pull the plug on this ridiculous experiment the better. Get rid of the snake who initiated it at the same time.

A lot of people are saying the same but I’d still stick with what we’ve got for now. He certainly needs a window or two to rectify things. It’s not brilliant at the minute I know but I genuinely think we are four signings away from being a decent side.

I think you’re bonkers. You won’t see another championship club trying to implement these gameplans regardless of the quality of their players and that’s not because they’re all stupid and NP is a visionary. Complete idiocy.

Too deep, too passive, too obsessed with getting too many players into our own box out of possession, too lightweight/not combative enough, particularly in midfield. Not defending the flanks which is a byproduct of the obsession with getting too many players in our own box.

I agree with the midfield, way too lightweight and just not enough bodies in there. Teams walk through us which causes us to sit deeper to try and defend the onslaught.

Two decent fullbacks and a ‘Pearson’ type in the middle (aswell as the two we use now ) would make a huge difference.

If only Pelach could see the two in the midfield are the issue 🙄
