Stoke City have completed the signing of winger Nikola Jojic from Serbian Super League side FK Mladost Lučani for an undisclosed fee.
The Serbia youth international has penned a four-year contract at the bet365 Stadium, subject to international clearance.
The 19-year-old, who won his first cap for his country’s Under-21 side in November, has enjoyed a successful rise since being handed his league debut by Lučani at the age of 16.
He has since contributed ten goals and eleven assists in 45 appearances for his hometown club in the past two years.
“Nikola is an emerging talent in our first-team squad and we are delighted to have acquired him after tracking his development for the past 12 months,” said Technical Director Ricky Martin.
“We felt this was the right time to make an offer to bring Nikola to Stoke City so he can begin his adaptation process ahead of what we hope can be a long and successful career with the Club.
