We need to spend money and get experience and physical presence in attack. We offered zero threat today. We have a young team and it's time we showed ambition and brought in some proven quality and not just rely on 21 year olds and younger in attack

I left the ground last week and heard two Cov fans saying they lost the game in midfield and allowed Stoke to boss them which I agreed with.
Today that same midfield got pushed and pulled all over the place and that’s where we lost it.
I will stick with SS but why no changes were made at half time bewilders me. It was still 0-0 at that point and we’d just survived a 15 minute onslaught leading to half time. All the warning signs were there, why not bolster the midfield ? May have reduced the chance of victory but would have increased the chance of a draw. Given the way the first half had gone a point wouldn’t have been bad at all.
Let’s hope lessons have been l learned.

Glad to see Johnson off the books, Laurent has always been a bit hit and miss for me (often in the same game ) Baker out too. That’s certainly some hefty wage earners on the way out. If we can offload Ennis aswell that’s great
